Cancellation Policy
At zocutsem we understand things can happen and you are unable to make it to your appointment we ask that if you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment time that you kindly offer us a 24 hour cancellation notice to be able to fit someone else in that time frame. After 24 hours if you have to cancel a 25% cancellation fee will be charged as after 24 hours we will have a harder time to fill the time slot. No show appointments will be charged the 25% cancellation fee and be required to put a deposit for the next service.
We understand emergency’s can happen, Please keep us updated if you are unable to make it to your appointment.
